Customer –
Very happy with the sofa itself, very comfortable and high quality. But, we ordered the large and were sent the small. So we were missing a peice of the sofa. And it took 3 days for customer services to finally agree to send just the 1 missing modular piece as the first person i spoke to refused to do this and kept offering to send a whole new sofa and theyll pick up our old oke but it needs to be packaged in its original packaging ? Unsure if this person has ever unboxed a sofa but those boxes could not be used again lol and then she said she could send a whole new one, we take the peice we’re missing and then theyll send someone to come pick up the peices. I explained our living room is not big enough to have 2 big sofas in it and this was not feedable. Finally i was passed over to someone with sense and we’re only being sent the one mossing peice of our sof
